OUR PROCESS & OFFERINGS

Your Brief with Free Meet & Greet

  • Briefing us on the specifics of your new build or renovation project is essential and can be easily submitted via our website.
  • We will need your site and building plans, site photos, inspirational images, most importantly, insight into your lifestyle, values, and what you are hoping to achieve outdoors along with your realistic construction budget.
  • Our free 20-minute meet and greet video chat will help us clarify your brief and prepare a landscape design proposal for your consideration and approval.

Design Start Up

  • With your approval, our design journey begins with a start-up meeting either on-site in person or by video chat for remote designs.
  • We discuss site-specific conditions and any constraints regarding local Council compliance in details.
  • We collate the design direction and discuss ideas, layout, and the aesthetic material palette.

Design Development

  • Our thorough design development phase is carried out in-house and collaboratively with our seasoned team of 3D modellers based worldwide.
  • Our communication ethos ensures that we foster open and transparent engagement with you during the design development process.
  • We put pencil to paper for spatial layout to refine our ideas, research local Council compliance if required, and gather material and colour palettes samples before we computerize the design.
  • Our design plans are comprehensive and meticulous, focusing on detail for practical implementation rather than abstract concepts. They encompass:
  • Computerized layout drawn to scale, featuring design notes, visuals of material and colour selections and hardscape legend with material supplier details.
  • Elevation and sectional views drawn to scale, including dimensions and architectural details.
  • Two sets of planting plans that distinguish canopy and generalised plant selections, both with plant schedules and images of selected species.
  • Recommended garden bed preparation, planting techniques, watering, and maintenance advice to ensure optimal growth of your newly planting garden.
  • Schematic garden lighting plan with selections and placement.
  • 3D visualisations and fly through video.

Presentation & Amendments

  • Our design presentations are conducted virtually Australia wide and in-person for Greater Perth Western Australia, upon completion of the design development.
  • Design plans are released prior to the presentation, allowing time to absorb your design and encourage a productive presentation process.
  • We offer minor design amendments free of charge.

Design Implementation

  • We will connect you with our preferred installers to implement and manage the installation phase.
  • These installers will be carefully selected to suit the specific needs of your construction project, such as concrete swimming pools, registered builder works and general landscaping.
