Your Brief & Our Fees

  • Briefing us on the specifics of your garden project is essential and can be easily submitted via our website.
  • We will need measurements of your garden beds or a hardscape plan that shows the areas for planting, site photos and inspirational images of gardens you love.
  • Once received we will be in touch with a planting plan proposal for your consideration and approval.

Plantscape & Planting Plans

  • With your approval we commence development of the planting plan using the information provided in your brief.
  • Our planting plans embody the same principles as our landscape design plans; they are comprehensive and focus on practical implementation rather than abstract concepts. We will provide you with:
  • Computerized layout with plant species placement drawn to scale at mature growth.
  • Extensive gardens receive two sets of planting plans, distinguishing canopy and generalised plant selections.
  • Planting schedules listing all plant species, their common and botanical names, quantities required, and recommended pot sizes to purchase.
  • Plant identification imagery to help you recognise the selections.
  • Plantscape best practices and recommendations for garden bed preparation, planting techniques, watering, and maintenance advice to ensure the optimal growth of your newly planting garden.

Plan Implementation

  • We will connect you with our preferred installers to implement and manage the installation phase.
  • Should you wish to DIY, we can provide you with a proposal to hand-select and deliver plants selected utilising our trade rates, which are passed onto with reasonable discounts.
