This Federation-style cottage in North Perth is poised for a transformative outdoor renovation. Our design reimagines the split-level backyard, introducing a raised concrete swimming pool on the upper tier, bordered by a garden moat to minimize fencing and maximize space.
A significant challenge was the sewer line running diagonally through the yard. We turned this into a design feature by incorporating sweeping curves in the pool, adding both elegance and functionality. The plan also includes a new alfresco area adjacent to the home, providing storage and outdoor w/c facilities. Our design honours the home’s heritage while offering a modern, functional retreat.
