Terms & Conditions
BOOKING & PAYMENT
- Bookings are confirmed once full payment is made.
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to re-schedule a Consultation.
- Failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of the Consultation fee.
- We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to re-schedule at short notice please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate a new time.
- If Outside In needs to re-schedule for any unforeseen reason alternative dates will be offered.
SCOPE OF SERVICE
- The Consultation is a verbal service that provides design direction, layout guidance, colour and material selections, and planting palettes.
- The service does not include;
- Drawings, sketches or scaled plans.
- Full property plant lists
- On-going consultation beyond the agreed service.
- One round of follow-up questions is included; additional queries may incur a fee.
- Following the Consultation a Concept Plan fee proposal or Landscape Design fee proposal will be provided if requested.
CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITES
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate property and project information, including site plan or dimensional drawings, photos, and inspirational references.
LIABILITY
- Advice given during the Consultation is based on the information available at the time.
- Advice provided during the Consultation is verbal. Outside In cannot be held responsible for any misinterpretation or incomplete recording of this information by the Client.
- Concept Plans are an ideation of the design direction discussed during the Consultation and are not a detailed construction- ready document.
- Outside In is not responsible for outcomes where advice or a Concept Plan is implemented without a full Landscape Design.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- Any materials, written advice or documents provided remain the property of Outside In and may not be re-produced or used for any third party purposes without written consent.
